From an early age Michael developed a curiosity for understanding life in its many aspects within this Universe. This took him on a journey to study 2000 years history of Western Philosophy. Dissatisfied about what Western Philosophy could explain, he learned to meditate and spent 14 years studying Eastern Philosophy.

After living a life as a monk in India, and learning many techniques and practices to uplift life, he decided to become a meditation teacher to help other people live a happier lives. These techniques works inside- out and phenomenal in work environments to reduce stress, increase focus, productivity and collaboration.
Prior to Sales Innovator, Michael had the priviledge to work on many interesting projects. As a student he helped Danish Bang & Olufsen develop a strategy to launch a tablet similar to the i-Pad, today known as HP Elite, in a partnership with Hewlett-Packard. This happened 1.5 years before the launch of the i-Pad with purpose to develop new revenue streams through an open innovation and platform business model. He also helped facilitate partnerships between Danish Technical University and Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company to build Masdar City, a $28 Bn green energy project. Having spent more than a decade in the software industry with Oracle, Infor and Microsoft, he led two Sales Innovation Programs across APAC with Oracle and helped sales teams accelerate sales cycles and sell more by adopting entrepreneurship and innovation techniques.

He is a recognised keynote speaker at Oracle Conferences, AI Summits, PMI events, SmartTalentGroup and other events.
